Elizabeth Buckler was born in 1816 as the first child of Nehemiah Buckler and Sarah Webster. She died on 26 January 1839 possibly as a result of complications with child birth. When she was 21, she married Edward Mitchell, son of Robert Mitchell and Elizabeth Gostelow (?), on 23 December 1837 in St Bartholomew, Edgbaston, Warwickshire, England. Her address at the time of her marriage in Constitution Hill, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England.
